How we protect your data
Where your data lives
Your knowledge base is stored on Dactic's secure infrastructure, hosted on AWS, with each customer's data kept separate. Dedicated VPC and data-residency options are available on Enterprise.
Never used to train models
Dactic never uses your content, interviews or knowledge base to train any public or shared AI model. Our model providers, Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic, process your data only to produce results for you, under contracts that prohibit training on it.
Encrypted and isolated
Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Privileged actions are recorded in audit logs that can't be altered, and we run regular access reviews and security testing.
Only what each task needs
Personal identifiers are redacted before indexing, and each agent receives only the information its task requires. Admins approve every agent before it goes live.
You own it, and you can leave with it
Raw content from connected sources isn't kept after it's filtered. You own your data and everything Dactic generates for you. When your account is deleted, content is permanently removed within 90 days; encrypted backups clear on their normal rotation.

SSO, SAML and SCIM, dedicated VPC isolation, governance audits and immutable audit logs.
Privacy rights
Dactic supports the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict and export your data. International transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses, and a Data Processing Agreement is available. We don't sell or share personal information.
