These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dactic (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using Dactic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

1. Using Dactic

Dactic provides an AI powered interview and insights platform that helps organizations collect and understand input from real people. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
  • Use the platform in a way that violates laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful, offensive or misleading content
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or users
  • Interfere with platform security, systems or infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

2. Your Content

“User Content” includes interviews, videos, audio, text responses, transcripts and any other materials you or your organization upload or generate inside Dactic. You retain ownership of your content. By using Dactic, you grant us permission to process User Content to:
  • Deliver and operate the platform
  • Generate insights, reports and analytics
  • Support AI features such as Ask AI
  • Maintain security, troubleshooting and service quality
We do not use User Content to train public AI models or third party systems.

3. Organizations and Access

If you join an organization on Dactic, your content may be visible to other authorized members depending on permissions set by the organization’s administrators. Organizations are responsible for ensuring that interview participants understand how their data will be used and stored.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. AI Features and Limitations

Dactic uses AI tools to analyze interviews, summarize responses and generate insights. AI outputs may contain errors and should be interpreted with human judgment. You are responsible for evaluating whether insights generated by the platform are suitable for your intended use.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Our use of personal data is governed by the Dactic Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, updates or unexpected outages may occur.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose security risks. You may delete your account or organization at any time, which permanently removes interview data and insights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dactic is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including decisions made based on insights generated by the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When updated, the revised version will be posted here with a new date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless a different law applies in your region.
