Business Intelligence for IT Services

Dactic is an AI detective designed to surface how people actually work inside your client organizations, giving IT teams the clarity to implement technology that sticks.

About Dactic

Strategic intelligence infrastructure for your implementations

Every technology implementation runs into the same wall: the platform works, but the people don’t use it. 70% of digital transformations fail not because of the technology, but because the teams implementing it don’t have a clear picture of how people actually work. The workflows, the workarounds, the unwritten rules that determine whether adoption happens or doesn’t.

  • Proprietary organizational intelligence at scale
  • Evidence backed implementation planning
  • Reports that map to your client’s actual workflows
  • A process that surfaces what stakeholder interviews miss
  • Speed that matches implementation timelines
Our story

Built by an IT company, for IT companies

Dactic was built by Valere, an IT services firm that kept running into the same problem on client engagements: the technology worked, but adoption stalled because nobody understood how people actually worked before deploying it.

We built Dactic to solve our own bottleneck. Now we use it on every client engagement for AI assessment and discovery. It’s the fastest way to understand an organization before you try to change it.

We're sharing it because every IT firm that does implementation work hits the same wall. The technology isn't the hard part. Understanding people is.

When IT teams call us

01

You’re scoping a new implementation

Your client says they’re ready for the new platform. But you need to know how their people actually work before you configure anything. Dactic delivers workflow clarity before a single line of code ships.

02

Adoption is flat after go-live

The platform is live. Training is complete. But usage isn’t moving. Dactic surfaces why employees aren’t adopting — anonymously — so you can fix the real blockers, not the ones leadership assumes.

03

You’re expanding into new departments

You proved value with one team. Now leadership wants company-wide rollout. But every department works differently. Dactic maps the new terrain before you build on it.

04

Your client’s renewal is at risk

They say they love the product but the data tells a different story. Dactic gives you ground truth on what’s working and what’s not before the renewal conversation.

Proven in the field
